Tutelo welcomes new Vigil members, elects 2017 lodge executive officers

In October, Tutelo Lodge held a fantastic Fall Fellowship at Camp Powhatan. Friday night, Arrowmen were lashed (okay, slightly dampened) by the remnants of Hurricane Matthew. Fifteen Tutelo brothers completed their Vigil, including Warren Crandall, Jacob DeJarnette, Hunter Jobe, Tom Baker, Chris Matthews, Nathan Roakes, Steve Adkins, Bobby Burleson, Fred Millward, Marybeth Chaconas, Mark Warren, Billy Joe Chandler, Charles Moore, and Kevin Centers.

The rainy weather held attendance down, and made it difficult for some chapters to field teams for the inter-chapter competitions on Saturday. In the true spirit of brotherhood, though, several chapters combined teams so that everyone could participate. Sunday morning, lodge elections were held. The following Tutelo Arrowmen were selected by their peers to serve in 2017: Lodge Chief: Edward Blount, Vice Chief of Chapters: J. D. Castleman, Vice Chief of Committees: Tom Baker, Secretary: Takoda Cashion, Treasurer: Austin Dickerson. Congratulations!
