NOAC 2024

24 in ’24!

Tutelo Lodge’s goal is 24 NOAC Delegates in 2024!

YOU can be a part of “The Boulder Experience!”

The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the flagship national Order of the Arrow event. It is held every two years at a major university campus and is attended by as many as 8,000 Arrowmen from all 50 states. It is second only to the BSA National Jamboree in size and scope. Our largest conference was in 2015, attended by more than 15,000 Arrowmen to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Order of the Arrow. As the largest OA event of the year. Arrowmen can expect only the best and most exciting activities, competitions, training sessions, and shows. Attendees will have the freedom to choose activities they attend throughout the day, and will show our lodge spirit at the daily evening shows!

Q:

Who can attend NOAC?

Any currently registered member of the Boy Scouts of America and the Order of the Arrow. Attendance requires the review and approval of your local Scout executive or their designee. All attendees must provide a current BSA Annual Health and Medical Record forms A, B, and C (dated prior to August 3, 2023). Adults must also have completed Youth Protection Training through My.Scouting.org.

Tutelo Lodge reserves the right to limit the size of its contingent and institute payment deadlines to manage travel costs and coordination. Therefore, space with the contingent is LIMITED. You are welcome to make your own arrangements if not travelling with the contingent.

Q:

How much will it cost?

CONFERENCE COSTS:
The conference-only cost to attend NOAC is $675. Conference fees cover dorm housing, meals during NOAC, activities, shows, and program materials. Delegates will register and pay individually online through the national website.

CONTINGENT COSTS:
Additional, separate contingent fees will include all travel and activity costs outside of NOAC. A deposit to the lodge will be required prior to October 1 to secure a spot with the lodge contingent. We expect the FULL cost per person, including conference fees and contingent fees, to be around $2,300/per person. The lodge will hold several fundraising campaigns to offset contingent costs.

Q:

How do I register?

Official NOAC Registration will open October 1st, 2023! You should register as soon as possible through the national OA website. Payment in full is due at the time of registration for conference fees only.

To reserve a space with the contingent, a deposit will be required by October 1st. A schedule of payments due will be published shortly after our contingent leaders finalize travel plans. Please note: NOAC Conference fees are governed by the National BSA, and are paid separately from Lodge contingent fees. Lodge contingent fees will pay for travel to and from NOAC, accommodations for layover nights, sightseeing excursions in and around Denver, and most meals while travelling.
